Thanks to Jimmy Christie and Patrick Hill for confirming this as the LADYBIRD. She is an ex-RN Insect Class Fleet Tender. She was built in 1973 by C D Holmes at their Beverley Yard. She was used as an armaments carrier.

pretty sure this is Ladybird. She listed on humber.com as being in Wm Wright dock and is also shown on Equasis as having been sold for scrap!!
